What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Members wishing to cancel their booking may be eligible for a partial or full refund of their security deposit, based on usage and conditions. Terms and conditions apply.
Am I responsible for any wear and tear or repair of damaged equipment?
Customers are not responsible for normal wear and tear or repair of damaged equipment. However, irresponsible behavior may lead to deductions from the security deposit refund.
What happens if I lose my belongings?
Grasshoppers is not responsible for lost belongings. Please use our locker facility if needed.
What is your referral policy?
Customers can earn points for referring and introducing new customers to Grasshoppers.
Are there any guidelines for using shared spaces?
When using shared spaces, please consider the comfort and interests of fellow co-workers.
