Members wishing to cancel their booking may be eligible for a partial or full refund of their security deposit, based on usage and conditions. Terms and conditions apply.

Customers are not responsible for normal wear and tear or repair of damaged equipment. However, we urge you to use the space responsibly. Any irresponsible behavior may lead to deductions from the security deposit refund.

Grasshoppers is not responsible for any lost belongings. We kindly urge you to take care of your belongings or use our locker facility if needed.

 Under our referral policy, customers can earn points for referring and introducing new customers to Grasshoppers. 

When using shared spaces, please consider the comfort and interests of fellow co-workers.

As an eco-friendly space, we request customers to avoid generating plastic waste. Please refrain from bringing plastic / non-bio degradable bags and similar items to the premises. 

When ordering food from outside, please carefully segregate waste into the various bins provided on the premises. 

Grasshoppers currently has two locations in HSR Layout. With a membership card, you can access both co-working spaces.

Grasshoppers is open on Saturdays. Prior permission and intimation are required to use the space on Sundays. 

Only registered members have access to Grasshoppers co-working space. However, guests can access conference rooms after basic registration for a limited time.

Members have access to printers with 50 free black & white prints per month. As an eco-workspace, we encourage minimizing printing to reduce the carbon footprint.

Limited parking space is available in the basements on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot always guarantee a parking space.

You are required to be physically present at the security desk to receive parcels.

We have customized workspaces for clients before. Customization is possible within company guidelines and additional charges may apply. 

Yes, we offer special discounts for students and non-profit organizations. Please check with facility manager.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at Grasshoppers - An Eco-Work Space. We understand that pets can be a part of your family, but for the comfort and safety of all our members, we have a no-pet policy.

No, we have a pantry space available for our members to use. You can grab a complimentary healthy snack whenever you need to. You may subscribe to our organic meal!
